Job Opportunity: Head of ProjectsWe are seeking a Head of Projects to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of all real estate and Construction development projects. You will lead a team, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your strategic leadership will be crucial in managing project risks and optimizing processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:Project Planning and Execution:- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.- Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to project plans and company standards.Stakeholder Management:- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and government agencies, to ensure project alignment and compliance.- Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to senior management and stakeholders.Risk Management:- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as necessary.Quality Assurance:- Ensure all projects meet or exceed quality standards and regulatory requirements.- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess project progress and quality.Budget Management:- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle.- Report financial performance and variances to senior management.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.- A minimum of 15+ years of experience in real estate project management- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale real estate projects from inception to completion.- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results.- Proficiency in project management software and tools
