Product Manager

What You’ll be doing :
● Seller Experience Strategy & Roadmap● Define the product strategy and roadmap for the seller experience, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.● Understand the needs and pain points of sellers across various segments (individuals, businesses, professionals) and prioritize product improvements to enhance their success on the platform.● Partner with business, data, and operations teams to identify opportunities to improve seller acquisition, activation, and retention.● Feature Development & Seller Tools● Lead the development of seller-facing tools such as listing management, performance dashboards, pricing optimization, and customer interaction features.● Work closely with the design and engineering teams to create intuitive and user-friendly experiences that enable sellers to easily manage their listings, inventory, and communications.● Develop features that optimize listing quality, improve seller visibility, and increase conversion rates.● Growth & Monetization● Identify opportunities for seller growth and revenue generation through paid services, subscription models, or premium features.● Partner with the business development team to create solutions that incentivize high-quality listings and professional sellers to join and succeed on the platform.● Drive initiatives to increase the lifetime value of sellers by improving retention and reducing churn.
Who we are looking for :● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.● 4 to 6 years of Proven track record of success in product management roles with a focus on seller experiences, marketplaces, or e-commerce platforms.● Strong understanding of the seller lifecycle in online marketplaces, from onboarding and listing to transaction management and customer service.● Experience in Google Analytics or similar analytics tools.● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.● Experience in software development is a plus.
