If yes, we have an exciting opportunity for youThe ARCADE (Amazon Retail Customer Data Engineering) Science and Analytics team needs a Business Intelligence Engineer (BIE) to drive our analytical solutions. This team supports Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF), Amazon Supply Chain Solutions (ASCS), and Buy with Prime (BwP) businesses. We seek a BIE who will identify business opportunities through data-driven insights, create predictive models for supply chain optimization, and analyze customer behavior patterns.The ideal candidate will build and deploy analytical solutions at scale while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You should have statistical analysis expertise, proficiency in SQL and Python, and experience with data visualization. Your technical skills should be complemented by a good understanding of business metrics and KPIs.Industry experience in eCommerce, transportation, finance, retail technology, or logistics is preferred. MCCF represents our next evolution in supporting merchants of all sizes—both on and off Amazon's platform.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 2+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools- Experience with one or more industry analytics visualization tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau, QuickSight, MicroStrategy, PowerBI) and statistical methods (e.g. t-test, Chi-squared)- Experience with scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, or R)- Bachelor's degree or above in Statistics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Management/Systems, Business Analytics or other related disciplinePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Knowledge of data modeling and data pipeline design- Experience with statistical analysis, co-relation analysisOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
