Description:
We are seeking a Front Office cum Dipping Person to join our growing team. This role combines customer interaction with hands-on dipping (hydrographic printing) work. The ideal candidate should be customer-friendly, enthusiastic about learning hydrographics, and ready to take part in both front office and workshop responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist clients at the front office, handle inquiries, and explain services.
- Maintain client records, manage phone calls, and support daily office tasks.
- Perform hydrographic dipping on various products (training will be provided if required).
- Handle preparation, dipping, rinsing, and finishing processes with care.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure high-quality output and timely delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in both front office and dipping area.
Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: +2
- Willingness to learn hydrographics and dipping techniques.
- Good communication skills in English and local language.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp/Email handling).
- Prior experience in front office or workshop work will be an added advantage.
