Job Description :

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer having 3-6 Years of experience to produce scalable software solutions.

You'll be part of a cross-functional team that's responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment. As a Full Stack Developer, you should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries.

Responsibilities :

- Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions

- Design client-side and server-side architecture

- Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications

- Write effective APIs

- Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency

- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software

- Write technical documentation

- Work with data team and analysts to improve software.

Requirements and skills :

- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role

Must have expertise :

- Java 8 or 8+

- Multithreading and Concurrency.

- Spring Boot, Spring Cloud Ecosystem

- ORM (Hibernate & Spring JPA)

- Databases (Relational DBs, NoSQL DBs, Search DBs)

- SOLID Principals & Design Pattern

- Microservice Architecture, Communications and Monitoring

- Distributed Systems

- Caches

- Tools (Maven, Git, Eclipse/STS/IntelliJ)

- Agile Concepts (JIRA, Scrum, Release Cycle)

- DevOps Concepts (AWS, CICD Pipelines, Artifactory Server)

Soft Skills :

- Excellent management and communication abilities

- The capacity to more quickly adapt to new technology, concepts, approaches, and environments

- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities

- A willingness to learn and an improving mindset.

- Understanding of the product's non-functional features, such as security, automation, testing, performance, and optimization

- Skills in resource management and leadership
