The Home & Kitchen Central Marketing Team is looking for a focused & self-driven marketing manager who can understand nuances of home shoppers, across 9 categories (Home, Kitchen,Furniture,Sports,Automotive etc.) to purchase and segment customers based on their preferences and needs. Subsequently, the person will be crafting strategies to engage each segment and drive key actions across the customer lifecycle, spanning onboarding, engagement, retention, cross-sell, win-back and saves across our fast-growing categories.
Job responsibilities include the following:
•Manage the on-going optimization of performance marketing channels to improve channel efficiency and drive business growth. Drive sales and increased engagement for customers through all available marketing channels, including internal & external partnerships, traffic channels (outbound, paid channels) & more
•Define Rewards programs and strategies to engage each segment & drive action spanning across onboarding, engagement, retention, cross-sell and win-back
•Partner closely with Prime to maximize engagement opportunities and hold the Prime charter end to end
•Drive incremental experiments & identify mechanisms to scale channels & inputs to drive customer engagement and influence repeat reactivation
•Proactively share worldwide best practices and mutually learn across all cross-functional & category marketing teams worldwide
- Hold the Marketing budget & Key Marketing metrics together for the PL.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
•MBA from premium institute with 5-8 years of experience in marketing, ecommerce, program and/or product management
•Experience in operating, managing, and delivering results in a customer-facing FMCG/retail/services marketing or product management role
•Proven success in delivering online products and services in a high growth environment
•Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience of using data and metrics to test theories, confirm assumptions, and measure success
•Hands on and ready to roll up sleeves, to dive deep into the business, in a lean organization.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences and influence key stakeholders.
•Ability to imagine an ambitious future for the program and also understand how to break it into smaller milestones towards delivery.
•Experience communicating complex business concepts in verbal and written form.
Key job responsibilities
Job responsibilities include the following:

•Work on segmenting Home shoppers based on their lifecycle/ purchase patterns. Identify high value actions for each segment and drive marketing interventions for these
•Define programs and strategies to engage each segment & drive action spanning across onboarding, engagement, retention, cross-sell and win-back
•Develop strong relationships and work collaboratively with product teams to invest in long-term opportunities to influence customer lifecycle
•Partner closely with Prime to maximize engagement opportunities
•Drive incremental experiments & identify mechanisms to scale channels & inputs to drive customer engagement and influence repeat reactivation
•Learn the triggers & barriers for Lapsed customers to drive interventions to get reactivations from already lapsed customers
•Proactively share worldwide best practices and mutually learn across all cross-functional & category marketing teams worldwide

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- 7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience communicating results to stakeholders
- Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
- Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
