Job Responsibilities : - Conduct CFD simulations and analysis to optimize vehicle aerodynamic and thermal performance, ensuring efficiency and design compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address challenges related to airflow, heat transfer, component cooling, HVAC systems, fan design, multi-phase flow simulations and EV-specific thermal management such as battery cooling, motor cooling and electronic control units heat dissipation.Technical/ Functional Competencies:-Knowledge of software like STARCCM+ (Must) and AMESim (Optional). Testing exposure in the field of Flow, Pressure and Temperature measurement. 5 Competency Requirements Behavioral Specific expertise required for functional area: Should be able to seamlessly integrate between test and simulation, collaborate effectively with teams, take initiative, guide others and adapt to new tools and technologies. 6 Likely sources OEMs –   Maruti,Volvo,Ford,GE,GM,Honda,Mahindra,Ashok Leyland etc Service Industry –  2nd preference Tier1 suppliers –Not preferred
