Customer Success Executive (Fresher – On-site, Valsad, India)

We are looking for passionate and energetic fresh graduates to join our Customer Success team in Valsad. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to start their career in the SaaS and telematics industry, work directly with customers, and grow into future leaders.

What You'll Do

Be the first point of contact for our customers in India, helping them succeed with our products.

Communicate effectively via calls, emails, and meetings to resolve queries.

Understand customer needs and provide product walkthroughs, training, and onboarding support.

Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Track and document customer requests, feedback, and issues with attention to detail.

What We're Looking For

Fresh graduates (any discipline) with strong learning ability and a passion for technology.

Excellent communication skills – verbal and written (English is a must).

Strong email writing etiquette and professional presentation.

Quick learner with strong technical grasping power.

Problem-solving mindset, with patience and empathy to handle customer interactions.

Ready to work on-site at our Valsad office.
