of client services & brand strategy to lead our client servicing team. You will be the bridge between our clients and our creative teams, ensuring seamless communication, project execution, and client satisfaction. This role demands a mix of strategic insight, business acumen, and a deep understanding of advertising, digital marketing and creative content production.Key responsibilities :
Lead and manage the client services team, setting high standards for client engagement, project management, and service delivery.Act as a senior advisor to key clients, understanding their business goals, challenges, and market opportunities to provide strategic guidance and solutions.Ensure the delivery of high-quality projects on time and within budget, maintaining the agency's reputation for excellence.Develop and nurture long-term client relationships, identifying opportunities for account growth and new business development.Collaborate closely with the creative, content, strategy, and production teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to all client projects.Monitor and report on client and project performance, providing insights and recommendations to both clients and internal teams.Lead pitch teams in developing and presenting proposals for new business opportunities.Contribute to the overall leadership and strategic direction of the agency.Maintain a healthy P&L for the team ensuring high efficiency, performance and profitabilityLead and encourage teams to perform to the best of their abilityManage team's work flow and loadManage team expectations and take active interest in their personal & professional developmentEnsure timely team reviews & OKRsTechnical Skills:Significant experience in professional client relationship managementA solid background in digital content, digital marketing or advertisingThe ability to plan and strategize at a senior levelA persuasive and confident approach to creative projectsExcellent written and oral communication skillsEffective team management capabilitiesA keen attention to detail and budgetary restraintsFull awareness of creative processes and techniques – including digital platformsThe willingness to note relevant trends and develop ideasExceptional presentation skills to develop ideas and concepts into compelling campaign lead strategiesCreativity, attention to detail, and adaptabilityAbility to drive creative direction and vision for multiple projects simultaneouslyKnowledge of how video content development works is an advantageShould be well adept with global & Indian trends, formats and developments in branded contentQualifications and Prior Experience:At least 9-12 years of experience in building creative digital branded content campaigns at a publisher, agency or media houseUnderstanding and past experience creating integrated content across all marketing channels from digital, social media, paid media, mobileProven experience with concept development including long form ContentStrong creative vision with an understanding of business objectivesTrack record of creating ideas for global or large regional brands. Previous work experience on alcohol brands is a plusExpertise in social best practice across all platforms.Have deep knowledge in running a 360-campaign, from strategy development to tactical execution (including AV/trailers, digital/social, OTT)
