Job Description :


We are seeking a talented Python Backend Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of our backend systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Python programming and backend development, with experience in building scalable and efficient applications. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects in a collaborative and innovative environment.


Responsibilities :


- Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Python and related frameworks such as Django or Flask.


- Design and implement data models, database schemas, and queries for efficient data storage and retrieval.


- Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate backend services with frontend components, ensuring seamless user experiences.


- Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data and prevent security vulnerabilities.


- Optimize backend services for performance, scalability, and reliability, considering factors such as caching, asynchronous processing, and distributed computing.


- Write automated tests to ensure the reliability and robustness of backend code, and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality.


- Troubleshoot and debug issues in production and staging environments, providing timely resolutions to technical challenges.


- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends in backend development, and apply them to improve existing systems.


- Collaborate effectively within an Agile development team, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.


Qualifications :


- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.


- 2+ years of professional experience in Python backend development.


- Proficiency in Python programming language and related libraries/frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).


- Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and proficiency in writing efficient SQL queries.


- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services development.


- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.


- Effective communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
