Mail:- Interior Design Showroom Manager's responsibilities include overseeing showroom operations, managing staff, driving sales, and ensuring a positive customer experience. They are also responsible for merchandising and inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and preparing sales and performance reports. This role requires strong leadership, sales acumen, and excellent communication and organizational skills.  Responsibilities Manage Showroom Operations: Oversee the daily operations, including maintaining the showroom's appearance, layout, and product displays to align with brand standards. Lead and Develop Staff: Hire, train, and mentor showroom staff; provide guidance, delegate tasks, and conduct performance appraisals to motivate the team and meet sales goals. Drive Sales and Customer Satisfaction: Manage sales activities to meet sales objectives, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Manage Inventory and Suppliers: Coordinate with suppliers, maintain optimal inventory levels, and manage purchasing and order fulfillment to ensure a seamless process. Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit weekly sales, inventory, and other performance reports. Handle store administration and ensure compliance with company policies. Merchandising and Marketing: Optimize product placement, coordinate promotional campaigns, and assist with marketing efforts to drive traffic and sales.  Qualifications and Skills Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, or a related field is often preferred. Experience: Proven experience in retail management, sales, or client relationship management, preferably in the furniture or interior design industry. Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership, team management, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) tools. Other Skills: Excellent organizational skills, a strong understanding of design trends, and the ability to assess client needs and provide creative solutions.
