We are looking for an experienced Chemist to join our edible oil plant. The role involves conducting detailed analysis of soya DOC, refined oil, and by-products to ensure quality standards in soybean oil refining and processing.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Perform Soya DOC analysis: moisture, oil content, protein, fiber, and urease activity.

  • Conduct refinery analysis:

  • Gums analysis moisture & oil

  • Soap stock analysis TFM & FFA

  • Acid oil analysis TFM, FFA, I.V.

  • Analyze refined oil: colour, FFA, P.V., I.V., S.V.

  • Carry out water analysis: pH, TH, TDS, COD.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain laboratory reports, documentation, and testing records.

Candidate Profile:

  • 45 years of experience in quality control/testing in edible oil/food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of soybean oil refining and analysis methods.
  • Proficiency in laboratory equipment, testing techniques, and documentation.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
