Manage budgeting, workforce, innovation and organizational transformation. Define and implement strategic (long term) framework of the team to be in-line with organization objectives and vision. Productize service offering and negotiate with stakeholders for transition of projects/processes. Contribute to innovation forums of the organization and bring-in industry standards. Ensure viable succession pipeline. Lead/Contribute to network and global Business Line value proposition. Profile Required Proven abstract thinking, motivational skills and passion for transformation. Ability to ideate, strategize and transform at the organizational level. Demonstrate strong networking and solutioning skills to work with business counterparts globally. Expertise in understanding financial models and budgets.
