Manage budgeting, workforce, innovation and organizational transformation. Define and implement strategic (long term) framework of the team to be in-line with organization objectives and vision. Productize service offering and negotiate with stakeholders for transition of projects/processes. Contribute to innovation forums of the organization and bring-in industry standards.
