The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles. A solid understanding of US staffing practices, tax terms, and ATS systems is essential, along with hands-on experience in handling W2 and C2C requirements.Key Responsibilities- Source, screen, and hire IT professionals for various hiring models (contract, contract-to-hire, permanent).- Work extensively with W2, C2C, and 1099 employment types.- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job portals, ATS, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.- Conduct interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.- Negotiate compensation, pay rates, and contract terms with consultants and vendors.- Manage the entire recruitment life cycle from requirement gathering to onboarding.- Collaborate with clients and account managers to understand needs and ensure timely delivery of quality candidates.- Maintain accurate candidate and requirement data in ATS.Required Skills & Qualifications- 4–8 years of US IT recruitment experience.- Strong knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).- Proficiency in ATS and vendor management systems.- Experience sourcing from Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, and networking platforms.- Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
