Job Description:

As a Senior Project Manager at MPS ARCHONIC, you will play a pivotal role in managing complex industrial facilities projects from inception through to completion. Your responsibilities will include overseeing project execution, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that all aspects of the project adhere to specifications, timelines, and budgets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee and manage complex industrial facilities projects, ensuring that all project goals are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with designers, consultants, construction companies, and their subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Site Meetings & Reporting: Lead regular site meetings and provide comprehensive reports to the company, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Documentation Review: Study and review drawings, Bills of Quantities (BoQs), tender files, and client specifications to ensure all requirements are incorporated accurately.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain a high quality of execution throughout the project, and address any deviations from agreed plans immediately.
  • Tender Compliance: Ensure that all tender documents are adhered to by constructors and manage any issues that arise related to these documents.
  • Timeline Management: Monitor project timelines closely, reporting any potential delays as soon as they arise and implementing corrective measures as needed.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage the project budget, report on any variances, and control change management processes. Recheck provided costs by constructors to ensure accuracy.
  • Sample Meetings & Documentation: Lead sample meetings, manage related documentation, and provide advice to constructors as necessary.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise the MPS-site team, including supervisors, quantity take-off engineers, safety engineers, and other team members.
  • General Duties: Perform all other duties as outlined in your curriculum or resume, contributing to the overall success of the projects and company.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in managing complex industrial projects as a Senior Project Manager.
  • Skills: Strong coordination, leadership, and communication skills. Proficiency in studying and interpreting technical drawings and documentation.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of construction processes, quality control, budget management, and tender compliance.
  • Education: Relevant degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Professional certifications in project management or construction management are preferred.
