Job Description :

What You Will Need :

- Experience of frontend development HMTL/CSS, Javascript.

- Experience in at least one frontend framework, AngularJS or ReactJS or Vue.JS or Svelte

- Experience in frontend solution delivery cycle.

- Excellent analytical and programming skills.

- Manage a team of mobile engineers (iOS or Android or web frontend) responsible for the timely and quality delivery of a given product or project

- Do the technical requirement feasibility and write the technical requirement document (both high level system design & low level design)

- Resolve technical blockers for the team

- Hands-on Design & Develop the tech or business enhancements

- Lead the team in its daily tasks, prioritise them, and make decisions based on changing business priorities.

- Coordinate with stakeholders across the company to represent the team and get alignment on technical design or decisions

- Responsible for ensuring proper planning and delivery of projects

- Responsible for all phases of SDLC - from requirements to release & post release monitoring & bug fixing

Good to have below experience :

- Strong technical expertise in mobile development, with deep, hands on experience in Android, iOS and HMTL/CSS, js, AngularJS or ReactJS or Vue.JS or Svelte

- Professional operations experience with Native apps (iOS or Android) in the AppStore or Google Play Store

- Professional experience in a technical management

- Have a technical mindset and understand complex systems design

- Be able to maintain high-performance within a high-energy and fast-paced work environment.

- Have excellent oral, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
