(Company Name) is actively seeking an experienced and visionary Product Manager to lead the evolution and strategic growth of our cutting-edge SaaS product. This pivotal role requires a dynamic individual who will own and drive the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept through to market launch, continuous iteration, and eventual retirement.

Responsibilities:

Define Product Strategy & Roadmap: Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify opportunities and define a compelling product vision and strategic roadmap for the SaaS product.
Product Discovery & Requirements: Translate market needs and user insights into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to ensure an intuitive and engaging user experience.
Development Oversight: Work hand-in-hand with engineering teams through agile methodologies to oversee the development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and functionalities. Participate in stand-ups, sprint planning, and reviews.
Launch & Go-to-Market: Plan and execute successful product launches, coordinating with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure effective communication and adoption.
Performance Monitoring & Iteration: Continuously monitor product performance using key metrics, analyze user behavior, and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive iterative enhancements.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and customers, ensuring alignment and clear communication across all parties.
Market & Customer Advocacy: Be the internal and external expert on the product, market trends, and customer needs, advocating for product enhancements and new features that deliver significant value.
