About the Role: Birlasoft is seeking a seasoned Data Functional Analyst with a strong background in Projects to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure data quality during migration from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion within the Projects domain, maintaining data integrity and accuracy.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather data quality with organizational goals.
- Implement data quality improvement strategies, providing support and guidance to the technical team.
- Monitor quality improvement progress, address issues promptly, and facilitate stakeholder sessions for a smooth transition to Oracle Fusion
Qualifications: Any Graduation
Required Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of data models, methodologies, and best practices esp. related to project domain data such as project definitions, tasks, budgets, resources, time and expenses, billing, project controls, and performance reporting etc.
- Good understanding of data quality standards and the ability to implement and enforce them.
- Strong interpersonal skills and relevant Oracle certifications in Projects domain.
- Prior experience in maintaining a high-level data quality during a data migration project through data cleansing, standardization, new data construction, validation, and de-duplication, etc.
- Strong understanding of data systems, databases, and data governance.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of industry best practices in data management.
- Experience with data modeling and database design.
- Ability to communicate complex data concepts effectively.
