About the Role Loop Service, LLC is hiring motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our Inbound Sales Team. This role focuses on prospecting, qualifying, and generating opportunities from lead lists. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, ensuring qualified opportunities are passed along to account management teams.This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in sales and logistics while working with a global business support organization.Key ResponsibilitiesProspect assigned lead lists with an LTL-first approachMake a minimum of 60 outbound calls and 40 emails per dayEnter 100 CRM updates daily and adhere to rules of pursuitCreate 100–400 new opportunities per week in CRMGenerate qualified transfers to account management teams:Months 1–3: 30 per monthMonths 4–6: 40 per monthMonth 7+: 50 per monthMaintain a 35% closed-won ratio on qualified transfersLog all calls and emails accurately in CRMTraining ProvidedComprehensive onboarding and SDR qualification trainingSales process training with scripts and structured frameworksCRM and pipeline management trainingShadowing with experienced sales professionalsCompensation & IncentivesBase salary: ₹50,000 per monthPerformance-based bonus: Up to ₹20,000 per month based on targets achievedClear career growth opportunities within Loop Services, LLCWork ScheduleNight shift to align with U.
