Superset is India's largest University Recruitment Platform - a placement automation tool for universities and a digital campus hiring platform for employers. Our team is dedicated towards leveraging the technology to solve all the challenges and problems you could think of during a typical placement season. 

We are simplifying the graduate recruitment market in India by connecting students and employers via on-campus placement cells. At present, we work with 400+ colleges and 1800+ recruiters in India and are growing fast. Companies like Capgemini, Cognizant, Hexaware, HDFC Bank, RPG Group and 100's more use Superset to automate their campus hiring process.

About the Role:

We're on the lookout for a sharp, young, and driven Content Writer with a passion for storytelling and a strong portfolio to back it up. If writing is your core skill — not SEO gimmicks — and you've got a knack for creating compelling blogs, punchy video scripts, and social media content that resonates, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

  • Write engaging and original blogs, articles, and long-form content

  • Craft creative and narrative-driven video scripts and storyboards

  • Contribute to social media content ideation and writing across platforms

  • Collaborate closely with design, video, and product teams to bring content ideas to life

  • Adapt your writing tone for various channels and audience types

  • Stay on top of trends in digital content, storytelling, and media

Who You Are:

  • 1+ years of professional content writing experience

  • Portfolio that showcases strong narrative writing — not SEO-heavy articles

  • Background in journalism, media publications, news platforms, or fast-paced start-ups (non-edtech preferred)

  • Hands-on experience writing for multiple formats: blogs, video, social media

  • Active social media presence or personal brand is a big plus

  • Ability to work independently and bring original ideas to the table
