Role & Responsibilities:


• Meticulous drafting, reviewing, and finalizing legal documents, agreements, MOUs, and sale deeds.


• Handling property registration, revenue-related documentation, and liaison with government/revenue offices.


• Ensuring compliance with property laws, RERA, and other regulatory requirements.


• Providing legal support to management on various matters related to real estate transactions.


• Maintaining proper documentation and records of all legal matters.


• Coordinating with external lawyers, consultants, and statutory authorities when required.

Preferred Candidate Profile:


• Age between 25 to 35 years


• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification.


• Ability to read, write, and speak in English and Marathi (preferably)


• Should have a moderate to strong financial understanding.


• Preferably a licensed lawyer or professional with strong legal/revenue background.


• Experience in real estate legal work will be an added advantage.


• Strong knowledge of property laws, registration process, and related compliances.


• Excellent drafting, communication, and negotiation skills
