Position Overview

: We are seeking a Professional or an Agency who will handle our Media Relations, Corporate Communication & Public Relations.. We want the good work that we are doing to be crafted well, presented well and amplified well so that the right awareness is created around the subject (which will ensure millions of women will gain from being educated on this critical phase of their life) and we also build brand Miror by creating and maintaining a positive public image for our organization, by crafting compelling authored articles, organizing events, and leveraging media relationships to increase awareness and support for our femtech platform.Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Communication: Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, healthcare organizations, funding partners and community groups, to foster partnerships and collaborations.Brand Management: Ensure that all PR activities support and enhance Miror’s brand identity and values. Maintain a positive public image of the companySocial Media Engagement: Collaborate with the social media team to create engaging content and campaigns that align with our PR strategies. Monitor and respond to public and media inquiries on social platforms..Market Research: Conduct market research to identify PR opportunities and monitor industry trends. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance PR strategies.Media Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers. Secure media coverage for Miror’s initiatives, products, and events.Press Releases and Communications: Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and other communications materials. Ensure consistent messaging across all public relations efforts.Event Planning: Organize and coordinate press conferences, media events, and other promotional activities to enhance the visibility of Miror’s initiatives.Crisis Management: Develop and implement crisis communication strategies to protect and defend Miror’s reputation during challenging situations.Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of PR campaigns and provide regular reports to management. Use data to refine and improve future PR efforts.Qualifications:
