Course Development:
Collaborate with instructional designers to create eLearning modules.
Develop multimedia elements (e.g., video, audio, graphics) for courses.
Create AI voice recordings using scripts to utilize those in eLearning modules
Assist in building eLearning modules based on storyboards and scripts provided by the Instructional Designers for digital learning.
Ensure all material adhere to style guides for publication
Update existing eLearning modules based on new features and capabilities
LMS Management:
Upload, organize, and update courses on the LMS.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to LMS platforms.
Ensure compatibility with SCORM or other relevant eLearning standards.
Ensure course quizzes are able to run and be reported on
Ensure course reporting works
I nteractive Learning Content:
Develop interactive and engaging content using eLearning tools like Articulate Storyline on Windows
(Optional) Use HTML5, JavaScript, or other programming languages to enhance course interactivity.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
Conduct usability testing for courses and modules to ensure functionality and accessibility.
Perform quality checks and reviews to ensure content accuracy and consistency.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work with the content development team to ensure alignment with the learning objectives.
Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders regularly.
User Experience Optimization:
Assist in improving the learner’s experience by making courses engaging, accessible, and user-friendly.
Stay current with eLearning trends and best practices to propose improvements in learning designs.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in educational technology, Instructional Design, Multimedia Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
1-6 years of experience in eLearning development or instructional design.
Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia.
Experience working with LMS platforms (Moodle, Blackboard, Skilljar, etc).
Skills:
Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript for course development.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, or other eLearning standards.
Understanding of instructional design principles and multimedia development.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with eLearning tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Lectora).
Familiarity with multimedia tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Audacity).
Basic video editing skills are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) for eLearning content.
Experience with mobile-friendly or responsive course design.
Familiarity with gamification techniques and strategies in online learning
