Position Summary:As the Head of Engineering, you will oversee all engineering operations, leading a team of engineers to deliver high-quality projects while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will play a key role in strategic planning, resource management, and the implementation of innovative engineering solutions that support our organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the engineering division, including design, development, and implementation of engineering projects across the Oil & Gas sector.Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance engineering capabilities, improve project delivery, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and timely project completion.Monitor and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards throughout all engineering processes.Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging the adoption of new technologies and engineering methodologies.Mentor and develop engineering staff, promoting professional growth and skills enhancement.Manage budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure efficient project execution and allocation of engineering resources.Represent the engineering division in executive meetings and collaborate with senior leadership on key initiatives.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably in Petroleum, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering); a Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.Minimum 25 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry with a focus on engineering management.Proven leadership experience and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
