JOB PURPOSE

To assist smooth functioning of Cargo Pass Section and timely issuance of entry passes at Cargo Complex. Ensure that passes are being issued as per norms and in accordance with the SOP. Receiving of applications, processing it and preparation of passes at Cargo is a gigantic task.  It is imperative to have 03 positions of LI graded to handle large number of stake holders and assist Specialist Cargo for prompt and efficient delivery to our customers.  They shall be responsible for issuing approximately 20,000 permanent AEPs every year and about 1.4 Lakh temporary passes/Visitor passes every year. They shall be responsible to process all the applications, arrange preparation, arrange approvals and ensure timely issuance.
