We are looking for a Program Manager toincorporate to a company which is a specialized embedded securityfirm with a proven track record of solving the hardest antitamperand cyber security problems with novel and scalablesolutions.

Location:Boise

Tasks

As a ProgramManager of highly technical engineers you will be responsible forworking with the technical team to develop plans and coordinateexecuting the plans to achieve innovative deliveries on time andwithin budget. Your involvement will play a key role in creating astreamlined organized and positive experience for our customers andemployees. You will report to company leadership and interact andsupport team members across the organization.

Develop ProgramPlans:

In coordination with theproject technical lead(s) define project objectives project scoperoles & responsibilities based on the contract theproposal and company objectives
Define resource andtechnical requirements and manage resource availability &allocation
Prepare a detailed project plan to schedulekey project milestones work streams & activities
Outline a budget based on requirements and track costs to deliverproject on budget

Lead ProgramExecution:

Managing delivery ofthe project according to the program plan and thecontract
Track project and provide regular reports onproject status to project team and key internal and externalstakeholders
Manage and adjust for any changes in projectscope schedule and/or budget
Identifying and mitigatingpotential risks
Manage the relationship and communicationwith the customer and all stakeholders ensuring the project isdelivered to theirsatisfaction

Provide input toproposals led by Business Development

Support BusinessOperations:

Organization andexecution of company activities including project weekly synchmeetings monthly scheduling and project updates
Invoicetracking and reconciliation of internal systems and ensuringaccurate billing with internal systems
Variousadministrative tasks such as tracking company expenses subscriptionmanagement and overseeing asset inventory and general businessmanagement

Input to corporatestrategy andcompliance

Requirements
  • ABachelors degree in a relavent field.
  • Abilityto obtain a security clearance
  • More than 5years of proven project/program management in pastperformance
  • Federal Government contracting andcompliance experience stronglypreferred
  • Experience working with a range ofhighly technical engineers and motivate / lead them to achievetheir maximum potential on projecttasks
  • Ability to clearly capture complextechnical concepts in writing and slides for both technical andgeneral audiences
  • Must have high attention todetail and have experience interfacing directly with DODcustomers
  • Experience leading a team oftechnical subject matter experts
  • Ability towork independently in a fastpaced environment while engaging inmultiple tasks at once
  • Strong listening andproblemsolvingskills

PreferredQualifications &Experience

  • Familiarwith the components of a Program Protection Plan and the basicprinciples of each embedded security discipline (antitampercybersecurity supply chain security)
  • Experiencewith EVMS systems for government contractmanagement
  • Experience with software assurancesystem integrity trust strategies supply chain exploitation methodsand countermeasures and/or general vulnerabilityanalysis
  • Technical Degree in engineeringcomputer science physics or related field
  • PMPcertification is desired but not a requirement. Should be at leastcomfortable with all of the standard PMI processes andpractices
  • Experience managing programs using arange of approaches including traditional waterfall and agileapproaches
