Working Days: Monday to Friday + Last Saturday Working

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Collections & Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for following up with clients for pending payments, ensuring timely collections, and supporting the sales team in upselling or cross-selling investment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively follow up with clients for outstanding dues and ensure timely collection of payments.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings when required.
  • Convince clients to complete payment cycles and clear any objections or concerns regarding the services offered.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and update the internal MIS system regularly.
  • Share daily/weekly/monthly collection reports with management.
  • Meet or exceed collection targets to be eligible for performance-based incentives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in collections, tele-calling, or sales (preferably in the financial services sector).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MIS reporting and tools like MS Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
  • Ability to handle client objections professionally and tactfully.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
