Job Description: Purchase Executive

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Purchase Executive with 2 to 4 years of experience in procurement and vendor management, specifically in the automotive products sector and the sourcing of CNC, VMC, and machine spare parts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for automotive products, CNC, VMC, and machine spare parts.- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices, terms, and delivery schedules.- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely deliveries and high-quality products.- Monitor inventory levels and ensure consistent stock availability to meet production requirements.- Evaluate and select suppliers based on price, quality, and reliability.- Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement needs with production schedules and requirements.- Resolve any supply chain issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, contracts, and supplier communications.

Required Qualifications:

- 2 to 4 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, with a focus on automotive products and CNC, VMC, or machine spare parts.- Strong negotiation skills and experience in managing vendor relationships.- Solid understanding of supply chain management and procurement best practices.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
