Inside Sales Executive

This candidate will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales opportunities. In order to be successful in this role and meet or exceed quota, this candidate should feel comfortable communicating with prospects via phone and email who are discovered through a variety of avenues.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in enterprise-level organizations
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target accounts
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with company pricing and contract guidelines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure a seamless sales process
Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management
Stay current with industry trends and market developments
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven track record of success in B2B enterprise sales, with a minimum of (Insert Years) years of experience
Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a variety of audience
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
Proficiency in Hubspot software and Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
Compensation
Taqtics offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including Health Insurance . The successful candidate can expect a base salary of 7-12lakh and a commission structure that rewards success.
