ABOUTTHE ROLE Full Stack Developerprimarily focused on .NET development React JS. Work as aDevelopment Engineer to develop new features and reports. Designsolutions for customer requirements (functional andtechnical)
KEYRESPONSIBILITIES Play a keyrole in the development of new features for various clientsfollowing the design guidelines Play a keyrole in Upgrading custom artefacts to latest versions; DesigningReports; Solutioning Scripting requests Playa key role in providing solutions regarding performancebasedescalation Play a key role in analysing thecustomer requirements and providing solutions that are followingthe guidelines of the Product in at leastone project type (Productization / Customization / Scripting /Reporting / Upgrades) Capturing lessonslearnt from the projects and share the best practices with thearchitects to enhance the process to ensure the lessons areapplied Provide design and solutions whichmeet all the quality performance and security guidelines of theproduct and ensures existing features do notregress Provide technical and functionalguidance to the team where needed Providehigh quality code Provide quality feedbackduring code review Provide timely bug fixesas applicable to respective customer needUnit test the code thoroughly using automated unit testingtools Document the changes madeComprehensively Deliver the work incommitted time with good quality Support inCustomer UAT till GoLive Participate inagile development process techniques andtechnology Collaborate with other engineersto design web pages database objects etc. do code reviews andbrainstorm solutions Collaborate within aproject team to optimize performance of complex software systems.Troubleshoot and resolve problems.Collaborate with QA team to coordinate testing strategies andimplementation Collaborate with PSConsulting to coordinate scope and implementation; PS Consultingcould be in any timezone based on the customerlocation Collaborate with the Customer forsupporting the developed feature / changedemonstrations Collaborate with Cloudoperations customer support quality assurance and others asneeded
REQUIREMENTS(MUSTHAVES) Bachelors or master s in computer science or a relatedfield. 5 years of enterprise softwaredevelopment experience in Microsoft technology stack including butnot limited to .NET framework React JS Angular JS Sql ServerMVC Strong analytical skills andobjectorientated design capabilities Strongleadership skills and mentoring abilitiesGood troubleshooting skills Able to thrivein a fast paced high energy and fun agile work environment anddeliver value incrementally and frequentlyExcellent verbal and written communication skills and ability tomaintain good working relationshipsInnovative resourceful passionate about creating highquality highperformance and highly available softwareEnthusiastic in providing logicalsolutions
