Job Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled Vlocity OmniStudio Developer with extensive experience in Salesforce development. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Salesforce, including at least 2 years specializing in Vlocity OmniStudio. The role requires expertise in Salesforce core and customization, with a strong focus on Lightning Web Components (LWC). The candidate should also possess specific skills in OmniStudio FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures. Experience in the telecommunications domain is a plus.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Vlocity OmniStudio Development :

- Develop and customize Vlocity OmniStudio components, including FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.

- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

- Ensure optimal performance of Vlocity OmniStudio applications through best practices and efficient coding techniques.

2. Salesforce Core and Customization :

- Utilize extensive Salesforce development experience to build and customize Salesforce solutions.

- Perform customizations, including the development of Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages as needed.

3. Lightning Web Components (LWC) :

- Design and develop Lightning Web Components to enhance user interfaces and overall functionality.

- Integrate LWC with Vlocity OmniStudio components for seamless user experiences.

4. Integrations and Data Management :

- Implement and manage integrations between Salesforce/Vlocity OmniStudio and other systems.

- Use DataRaptors and Integration Procedures to handle data transformation and retrieval efficiently.

5. Collaboration and Support :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, solution architects, and other developers, to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Provide support and troubleshooting for Vlocity OmniStudio components and related Salesforce customizations.

6. Telco Domain Experience (Preferred) :

- Leverage any experience in the telecommunications domain to develop solutions tailored to industry-specific needs.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.

- Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience with Vlocity OmniStudio.

- Proficiency in Salesforce customization and development, including Apex, Visualforce, and LWC.

- Strong skills in Vlocity OmniStudio components such as FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.

- Experience in the telecommunications domain is a plus.

- Salesforce and/or Vlocity certifications (e.g., Vlocity Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) are desirable.

Preferred Skills :

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
