Internal Audit Planning and Execution:Develop and implement risk-based internal audit plans.Execute internal audits to assess the adequacy, effectiveness, and efficiency of internal controls.Identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations for enhancing processes.To conduct whole company’s audit – Purchase, HR, Dispatch and edtech audits and improve the current processes.2. Compliance:Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements and assess their impact on the organization.Conduct compliance audits to verify adherence to established standards.3. Reporting:Prepare and present comprehensive audit reports to management and relevant stakeholders.Communicate findings, recommendations, and risk assessments effectively.Track the implementation of audit recommendations and provide status updates.4. Process Improvement:Collaborate with various departments to identify opportunities for process improvements.Recommend and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.5. Audit Documentation:Maintain accurate and complete audit documentation to support findings and conclusions.Ensure documentation complies with internal audit standards.6. Team Collaboration:Work closely with other departments and team members to promote a culture of accountability and compliance. Provide guidance and training on internal control principles and best practices.Qualifications:1. Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.2. CA-Inter Qualified will get an advantage.3. 3-9 years of progressive experience in internal auditing.4. Strong understanding of internal control concepts and risk management.5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.6. Analytical mindset with attention to detail.7.
