Job Summary:


The Academic Manager will oversee the academic programs and operations at KNU, ensuring that all educational activities align with the college's mission and goals. This role requires collaboration with faculty, administration, and students to maintain high standards of academic excellence and to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The Academic Manager will also be responsible for curriculum development, faculty coordination, student academic services, and continuous improvement of academic processes.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Oversee day-to-day academic operations
  • Ensuring efficient management of student and faculty attendance
  • Ensuring faculty, resources and other facilities to enable academic services for students
  • Oversee the management of class schedules, examination timetables, and academic calendar events
  • Ensure the accurate maintenance and security of academic records, including grades, transcripts, and student information
  • Plan and Manage faculty workloads
  • Prepare and present reports on academic operations and performance to institutional leadership
  • Implement and monitor academic quality assurance processes to maintain high educational standards
  • Effectively coordinate with the backend academic team for their inputs on academic delivery
  • Provide basic counselling for students in distress, and escalate to management if required
  • Report to management on daily affairs of the academics
  • Update all reporting formats on daily basis
  • Maintain proper filing systems for safekeeping of academic and non-academic documents


Qualifications:


Minimum Experience: 4 years

Medical Background preferred
