You will work closely with Finance and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective and efficient technical solutions.This is an onsite role working from our Pune office.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Solution Design and Implementation: Collaborate with Finance Stakeholders to gather requirements and design robust OneStream solutions that meet business needs. Train users on OneStream applications and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for OneStream applications, including technical specifications and user guides.Configuration and Customization: Develop and customize OneStream applications, including building forms, workflows, dashboards, and reports.Data Integration: Integrate OneStream with other enterprise systems and data sources to ensure seamless data flow and accuracy.Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing of OneStream applications to ensure quality and performance standards are met.Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for OneStream applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.The essential requirements of the job include:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial consolidation, reporting, planning and forecasting or related fields, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience with OneStream.Proficiency in OneStream configuration and customization; SQL and scripting languagesStrong understanding of financial consolidation and reporting, account reconciliation, planning and forecasting processes.Experience with data integration tools and techniques.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
