You should have a strong background in interior design and possess excellent leadership skills to oversee the firm's day-to-day operations. Responsibilities : Lead and manage a team of designers to produce exceptional quality design work that meets customer expectations. Oversee the development of design proposals, presentations, and project documentation and lead design presentations to the customers. Job Requirement Requirements : A Bachelor's ( ) or Master's degree in interior design or a related field. At least 5 to 8 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on home interior design projects. Proven experience managing design teams and having delivered high value projects successfully.
