Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Product Designer ( technical) to join our team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end user experience of our product, collaborating with cross-functional teams and using your design expertise to create intuitive interfaces. Key responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing mockups and prototypes, and troubleshooting UX issues.

Requirements :

  • Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer
  • Portfolio of design projects demonstrating a strong understanding of client objectives
  • Proficiency in user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and usability testing
  • Preferably from a human-centric design background
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to collect and interpret qualitative and quantitative feedback
  • Passion for design and continuous improvement
  • Knowledge of design software and wireframe tools
Responsibilities include :
  • Gather and evaluate user requirements with product managers and engineers
  • Design intuitive interfaces using storyboards, flows, and sitemaps
  • Develop UI mockups and prototypes for functionality and appearance
  • Create original graphic designs and present drafts to stakeholders
  • Troubleshoot and enhance UX based on user feedback
  • Adhere to style standards for consistency
What You'll Do :
  • Own the end-to-end user experience of our product
  • Advocate for users and contribute to the design strategy
  • Collaborate with product managers to understand problems and needs
  • Use user science to uncover solutions for user problems
  • Work closely with engineers to ensure proper implementation
  • Participate in design meetings and mentor other designers
  • Define and maintain UX best practices

Requirements :
  • Diploma / Bachelor's degree.
  • A master's degree will be preferable.
  • Good understanding of online marketing opportunities (web, social, e-mail, search, mobile).
  • Able to interpret business objectives and successfully incorporate those objectives into projects.
  • Good understanding of online marketing opportunities (web, social, e-mail, search, mobile, chat, telephony).
  • Good knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics & GTM.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge/Experience with a wireframe in Adobe.
  • Highly organised, task-oriented, and business-driven.
  • Project management and strong attention to detail skills.
