Role & responsibilities

A. Logistics Management:

  • Plan, organize, and manage logistics operations including inbound and outbound transportation.
  • Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Optimize logistics costs through effective vendor management, route planning, and negotiation with transporters.
  • Monitor freight, customs clearance, and related documentation.

B. Packing & Warehouse Management:

  • Supervise packing operations to ensure materials are handled safely, securely, and in line with quality standards.
  • Implement packaging standards that minimize damage and optimize space utilization.
  • Oversee warehouse operations including inventory management, storage, and material handling.
  • Maintain proper records of stock movements and ensure accuracy in inventory.

C. Coordination:

  • Coordinate with production, sales, and procurement teams for smooth operations.
  • Prepare reports on logistics performance, packing efficiency, and cost analysis.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement corrective actions.
