We're Hiring: SEO Executive (Remote Role)

Hexanovate is looking for an experienced SEO Executive to join our growing team in Pune.

This is a full-time
Remote role.
You'll be working directly with our SEO leads and founders on real growth projects across B2B and EdTech brands, combining data, creativity, and modern search strategies that go beyond just rankings.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Planning and executing complete SEO strategies: on-page, off-page, and technical
  • Mapping keywords to content funnels (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU)
  • Auditing and optimising websites for humans and search engines alike
  • Driving AI-first visibility through AIO and Generative Engine SEO (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.)
  • Building quality backlinks through outreach
  • Running SEO experiments and performance tracking via GA4, GSC, GTM, Ahrefs, and Semrush
  • Collaborating closely with design, content, and dev teams
  • Staying up to date with algorithm updates and digital trends

Who Should Apply:

  • You have 3–4 years of SEO experience with strong execution skills
  • You've ranked high-intent keywords and grown organic traffic meaningfully
  • You know your way around technical SEO- site speed, schema, crawlability
  • You're comfortable with tools like Screaming Frog, Hotjar, Crazy Egg
  • You're curious about where SEO is heading- and already learning about AIO, GEO, and prompting
  • Most importantly: you're data-driven, self-motivated, and want to work with a team that moves fast
