1.CFD Modeler(Chennai) and 2.Seat Analyst(Hyderabad)


1.CFD Modeler

Location - Chennai

Experience Range: 1 to 4 Years.

Qualification: M.Tech/M.E/B.E/B.Tech ( Mechanical/ Aero/Automobile)

Skill set: Ansa


· EXPERT ANSA CFD modelling experience IS MADATORY.

· Experience in Full Vehicle Thermal System Model Build.

· Knowledge of various rubber and plastic parts and their modeling strategy for thermally sensitive regions.

· Knowledge of Part Structure Management in ANSA.

· Knowledge of all subsystems and their functioning.

· Very good communication skills and interpersonal skills are MANDATORY.

· Effectively communicate the progress, issues to the team daily.

· Good Attitude with very good team spirit is MUST.


2.Seat Analyst

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 3-8 Years

Qualification: BE/ME (Mechanical/ Automobile/ Production)

Skills Sets: Ansa , Lsdyna, Primer

Notice period: Immediate to 30 days profiles will be consider


  • Perform Baseline Seat CAE and Body Strength Analysis such as Seat Belt Pull Analysis (FMVSS 207-210), Luggage retention (ST30) , Child Anchorage Analysis and Dynamic Strength Analysis (FMVSS225), Seat system dynamic structural integrity (FMVSS208), etc. using LsDyna Solver
  • Body-In-Prime preparation for Body Strength Analysis
  • Ability to investigate all input pulse, output energy curves, Materials, SW/Bolt Forces, etc.
  • Ability to do Seat Integration (Weld / Bolt / Adhesives etc., connections)
  • Seat Model Preparation for Body Integration with standard numbering Template
  • Able to run baseline CAE Seat and Body Strength with Seat analysis, summarize results and feedback conclusions to customers in an efficient manner.
  • Able to work effectively with design teams to develop solutions within defined deadlines and time constraints.
  • Should have expertise in Ls-Dyna solver. Should be willing to work in shifts.
