Sr. Full Stack Backend Developer

Responsibilities: As a Sr. Full stack Backend Developer, you will play a crucial role in our dynamic team, responsible for developing andmaintaining robust backend systems and contributing to the overall architecture of our software solutions. Your expertise inbackend development, coupled with your proficiency in front-end technologies, will be instrumental in delivering high-quality,scalable, and efficient software products.Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable backend systems using cutting-edge technologies.API Development: Architect and implement RESTful APIs to enable seamless communication between front-end and backendsystems.Database Management: Design, optimize, and manage databases to ensure data integrity, performance, and scalability.System Architecture: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement the overall system architecture, ensuringalignment with business requirements and scalability.Code Review: Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality, identify areas for improvement, and mentor junior team members.Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks within the backend systems, optimizing code andinfrastructure for maximum efficiency.Security: Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data and prevent security vulnerabilities.Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for backend systems, APIs, and architectural designs.Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate the deployment process andensure smooth delivery of software updates.Collaboration: Work closely with front-end developers, QA engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions on time.Skills Required: Min. 4+ years of hands-on experience with modern web development frameworks such as Django, Java, Node js, Spring Boot, orExpress.js.Ability to design and implement efficient algorithms and data structures for various backend tasks such as data manipulation,storage, and retrieval.Ability to design and implement RESTful or GraphQL APIs for communication between the frontend and backend systems.Strong knowledge of database management systems (DBMS) such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis. This includes databasedesign, optimization, querying, and administration.Experience in designing, developing, and deploying microservices-based architectures using tools like Docker and Kubernetes.Understanding of security principles and best practices for backend development, including data encryption, authentication,authorization, and protection against common security threats such as SQL injection and cross-site scripting (XSS).Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and troubleshoot complex backend issues efficiently.Ability to design and optimize backend systems for scalability, high availability, and performance under load, including techniqueslike caching, load balancing, and horizontal scaling.Effectively work with cross-functional teams/stakeholders in an international and fast-moving environment.Strong testing skills, result-oriented paired with highly structured working style and good sense of responsibility, flexibility, and teamplayerExperience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, building, and deploying backend applications.Proficiency in using version control systems like Git for managing code repositories, collaborating with other developers, andimplementing versioning strategies.
