Responsibilities :

Finance Process Expertise :

Possess in-depth knowledge of Oracle Apps Finance modules, including :

- Accounts Payable (AP)

- Accounts Receivable (AR)

- General Ledger (GL)

- Fixed Assets (FA)

- Cash Management (CM)

- Understand the nuances of each module and their functionalities within the EBS system.

- Analyze and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness of financial processes.

- Demonstrate proven experience in implementing and configuring Oracle EBS for India-GST (Goods and Services Tax) compliance.

- Understand the intricacies of India-GST regulations and their impact on financial transactions within EBS.

- Ability to configure tax codes, workflows, and reporting mechanisms to adhere to India-GST requirements.

- Must have experience in at least 2-3 full life cycle Oracle EBS implementations, focusing on the Finance domain.

- Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and configuration of Oracle EBS Finance modules.

- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure system functionality meets business needs.

- Manage ongoing system maintenance and upgrades related to Finance functionalities.

- Develop and deliver training materials for end-users on new or updated financial processes within Oracle EBS.

- Effectively communicate system changes and ensure user adoption of new functionalities.

- Provide ongoing support to end-users in resolving functional issues related to Oracle Finance applications.

Qualifications :

- 6-10 years of experience working as an Oracle Apps Finance Functional Consultant or a similar role.

- Proven experience in implementing and supporting Oracle EBS Finance modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM).

- Demonstrated experience with India-GST implementation and configuration within Oracle EBS.

- Strong understanding of Indian accounting principles and practices.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience with project management methodologies is a plus
