Role & responsibilities

  • Build ML models for classification, regression, and recommendation tasks.
  • Clean and prepare structured/unstructured data (text, images, tabular).
  • Train models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Apply NLP techniques like text classification and NER.
  • Work with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, LLaMA) for tasks like summarization and Q&A.
  • Implement RAG pipelines for improved generative outputs.
  • Fine-tune LLMs using LoRA/QLoRA methods. Collaborate with MLOps for model deployment and monitoring. Build automated ML pipelines.
  • Stay updated on ML and GenAI trends for product improvements.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors in Data Science, ML, AI, or related field
  • Strong Python skills; experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Langchain, or Scikit-learn
  • Solid understanding of ML algorithms, statistics, linear algebra, and data structures
  • Hands-on model building via projects, internships, or open-source work
  • Proficient in SQL for data querying and transformation
  • Familiar with Git, Jupyter/Colab, and data preprocessing workflows
  • Experience with structured/unstructured data using pandas, NumPy, matplotlib
