【必須（MUST）】:
  • 50人月以上、もしくは10人以上のプロジェクトチームでのプロジェクトマネージメント経験
  • 提案、見積、ならびにスコープ、予算等のプロジェクトベースラインに関するお客様との折衝経験
  • 業界は問わないが、公共性の高いシステム、基幹業務システムでのプロジェクトマネージメント経験
  • 顧客、社内外の関連組織と円滑なコミュニケーションが図れること
【歓迎（Want）】:
  • 大規模プロジェクトでは、プロジェクトリーダーとしての経験
  • AWS・Azureでのプロジェクト経験があると尚可
  • オフショアを利用したプロジェクト経験があると尚可
  • ビジネス英語ができると尚可
  • PMPを保有していると尚可

  • 5名以上のプロジェクトチームのリーダー経験

  • 4年以上の開発経験があること 以下のいずれかの技術要素
  • 設計スキル:基本設計～内部設計およびテスト仕様書の作成経験

  • データベースの正規化、論理設計、物理設計、SQL作成の経験
