Job Posting: Senior Social Media Marketing Manager
We seek an experienced and results-driven Senior Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and grow our brand presence in the immigration and education industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies, managing a team of content creators, and driving measurable results.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media marketing strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and our website blog
Oversee the creation of engaging and informative content, including graphics, videos, and written scripts, to educate and attract potential clients
Manage a team of content creators, providing guidance, feedback, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality content
Conduct market research to identify trends, best practices, and new opportunities in the immigration and education industry
Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our social media efforts and adjust strategies accordingly
Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels
Monitor and analyze social media metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management
Engage with our audience across various platforms, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platforms, and best practices
Identify and pursue opportunities for paid social media advertising to drive leads and conversions
Requirements:
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the immigration or education industry
Proven success in developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement, followers, and leads
Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Experience managing a team of content creators and ensuring the delivery of high-quality content
Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools
Strong project management and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
Certifications in social media marketing (e.g., Facebook Blueprint, Google Analytics) are a plus
We offer a competitive salary package with a base salary commensurate with experience and a performance-based commission structure.
