We are seeking a Design Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team and contribute to the development and improvement of cutting-edge machinery solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Development: Create, modify, and optimize designs for food processing machinery and fully automatic dal mill plants using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.).
Prototyping: Collaborate with the production team to develop prototypes and validate design concepts.
T echnical Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical drawings, specifications, and design reports.
Customization: Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Quality Assurance: Ensure designs meet industry standards, safety regulations, and company quality benchmarks.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and sales, to ensure timely project completion.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to existing designs for enhanced performance and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in machinery design, preferably in food processing or related industries.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, material selection, and machine dynamics.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to food processing equipment.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented approach to troubleshooting design challenges.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and clients.
Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
