In addition, you have:

  • Industrial working experience in refractory industry (R&D, QC, QA and product development) and a sound knowledge & experience in monolithic.
  • Experience - Minimum 6 years.
  • Broad knowledge of refractory properties and application of castable products.
  • In-depth understanding of laboratory test methods, test equipment and testing of Raw Materials, In process Control and Finish goods.

Your tasks will include:

  1. New Product Development for Castable and Precast products.

  2. Handling R&D Projects and documentation.

  3. Develop action plans for product / process deviations, validate and execute actions accordingly.

  4. Support application team based on Business requirement.

  5. Analysis of Finished Goods w.r.t to quality.

  6. Handling Customer complaints and providing solutions.

  7. Solve the problems on the shop floor in close co-ordination with the operations personnel.

Internal interfaces:

  • Interface between the employees of the plant and the Regional R&D Head/ Plant Manager.
  • Interface between HODs and Plant Manager.
