Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Fashion Designer & Merchandiser with 2+ years of experience in women's apparel design for ethnic and western markets. In this role, you will be responsible for creating captivating designs and managing merchandising for our international as well domestic clients.


Key Responsibilities:

Design & Development:

  • Conceptualize and develop creative designs for women's ethnic and western apparel, aligning with brand aesthetics and market trends.
  • Oversee the entire product development process from concept to production, ensuring quality and timely delivery.


Merchandising:

  • Act as the main contact for international clients, understanding their needs and proposing merchandising strategies to drive sales.
  • Prepare and present merchandising proposals, including product assortments and pricing strategies.


Trend Analysis:

  • Conduct market research and trend analysis to inform design decisions and merchandising initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in women's apparel design and merchandising.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design skills.
  • Proficiency in design software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
