Good Functional Knowledge in Oracle HRMS R12
Good Knowledge in modules like Payroll, Absence
Strong Technical skills in Using Oracle API to create and update the transactions
Experience in AME engine
Strong Hand-on in Oracle PL/SQL
Experience in working on Oracle Forms and Reports
Experience in working on Oracle Workflow Builder
Ability to understand the code by looking at the package in the absence of the documentation.

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have**
(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)
Good Functional Knowledge in Oracle HRMS R12
Good Knowledge in modules like Payroll, Absence
Strong Technical skills in Using Oracle API to create and update the transactions
Strong hands- on Oracle PL/SQL expertise
Good-to-Have
Experience in AME engine
Experience in working on Oracle Forms and Reports
Experience in working on Oracle Workflow Builder

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1 Candidate will act as a HR track lead and be involved in day to operations Plus development and enhancement work assigned by customer.
2 He/She will co-ordinate with Other application team where integration with the Oracle system is involved and lead the integration related efforts wherever Oracle HRMS modules are involved.
3 Involved in Business discussions for requirements gathering
4 Develop self-services for the gathered requirements
5 Provide operational support for the users
