Key Responsibilities
 Analyze and interpret insurance-related data, including policy and claims information, to support data

ingestion and transformation.

 Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into documentation and

data mapping.

 Develop and maintain data mapping documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy.

 Create and manage process flow diagrams to visualize business operations and identify areas for

improvement.

 Perform quality assurance testing to validate data integrity and system functionality.

 Write and execute basic Python scripts for data manipulation and automation tasks.

 Use SQL to query databases and extract relevant data for analysis.

 Leverage Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications
 Proven experience in the insurance industry with an understanding of policy and claims data.

 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

 Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel.

 Experience with quality assurance processes and tools.

 Ability to read and write basic Python scripts.

 Familiarity with data mapping and documentation practices.

 Skilled in creating process-related diagrams.

 Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
