Team Leader – Batch BU Operations

The Purpose of This Role
The Fidelity Enterprise Infrastructure and Operations (EI&O) Strategic Programs & Batch is seeking a technology executive with strong competency in delivering and supporting batch operations. In addition to strong technical competency, the position requires the ability to effectively manage a geographically diverse team, build and leverage client relationships, and provide innovative thought leadership.
The team has responsibility to support batch related operations, deployments, batch infrastructure support for the Business Unit aligned functions including managing the batch, incident & change support, Holiday/Monthly/Quarterly batch planning, improving cycle timings/SLAs, onboarding new batch jobs/cycles, supporting batch modernization, DR support, Code deployments, automation, etc. By demonstrating and promoting Fidelity and agile leadership behaviors, we will evolve and sustain an innovative agile culture.

Process-oriented thought leader with the ability to bring disparate processes together to drive efficiency; and who has the ability to partner with business and other technical associates to define project goals and delivery roadmaps (small to complex sized efforts).
